What does Media Loading Services do?
We convert audio of all types into digital libraries for
our customers to easily enjoy. These conversions include LP to CD,
Cassette to CD, and CD to MP3. We pick-up your music collection and audio
device. We convert the audio to suit your needs. We load and
organize your IPod or Mp3 Player. We create CDs and/or back-up DVDs for
you to keep on file, in case a re-load of your audio device is required in the
future. We return your music collection, audio device, and back-up media,
right to your door.
Does Media Loading Services pick-up and deliver in my
area?
We serve a large portion of Southwestern Ontario.

What does Media Loading Services need from me at time
of pick-up?
We will need your music collection or the chosen pieces
of music you would like converted. We only convert audio from original
media sources. We do not accept burned CDs, personal downloads, or promo
compilations. If you would like us to load an audio device for you, we
will require the device, the software that came with it, as well as any adapters
or connecting cables. We also require 50% of the total payment due.
The remainder will be paid once the converted media is returned. Payment
can be made via Cash, Cheque, or Credit Card (through Paypal only).

What audio format does Media Loading Services transfer
my music to?
We transfer your music collection into an MP3 format with
your requirements in mind. We offer constant bitrates from 128kps -
320kps, as well as variable bitrate options. If you are not sure what you
need, we will help you decide.
How does Media Loading Services organize my music
collection?
We sort all music by artist and album. Each MP3 is
given a specific label or tag which contains detailed information about each
song. This includes year, artist, album, genre, original track number,
etc. Each tag is individually programmed by our Media Specialists to
ensure artist and album accuracy and uniformity. We also ensure that
correct album art is embedded into every MP3 possible.
Can Media Loading Services obtain an IPod or MP3
Player for me?
If you are looking for an audio player, we can definitely
make some recommendations and help you find one that best suits your
needs.
Can Media Loading Services find additional music for
me?
Certainly. If there is an album, CD, soundtrack, or
certain type of music style you are after, please don't hesitate to ask our

How long does Media Loading Services take to convert
my music collection?
Typically, conversions are completed in a week.
Transfers involving real-time media, such as LPs or Cassettes, will take
slightly longer depending on your request.
What forms of payment do Media Loading Services
accept?
We accept Cash, Cheque, and Credit Card (through Paypal

and are there any hidden costs?
We understand that music collections can range from very
small to very large. This is why we treat each customer the same.
